Job summary

Midea America Corp. seeks a senior sales professional to lead market development for overseas data center product categories and drive regional targets from Dallas HQ.

You will manage full project lifecycles, engage overseas customers and EPCs, negotiate bids, and coordinate with manufacturing and after-sales teams to ensure on-time delivery, with long-term international travel.

Fluency in English and experience in export processes are required; willingness to travel overseas is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or International Trade.
• 3+ years of sales experience in central air conditioning or large-tonnage chillers; prior data center project sales experience preferred.
• Fluent English for business communication; capable of engaging overseas customers, drafting export proposals and bid documents.
• Familiar with export processes and overseas project bidding; strong negotiation and customer development skills.
• Willing to accept long-term overseas travel or assignment; strong results orientation and resilience under pressure; prior data center customer relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead market development and sales support for overseas data center primary-side product categories to achieve regional sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with overseas data center customers, EPC general contractors, and design institutes.
• Manage the full project lifecycle for overseas data center engineering projects: solution design, quotation, commercial negotiation, bidding, and contract signing.
• Coordinate technical solution delivery with manufacturing and overseas after-sales teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
