Job summary

Midea America Corp. is seeking a pre-sales technical specialist for data center cooling solutions in Dallas. You will collaborate with KAMs to address customer requirements, tailor technical proposals, and guide product selection across chillers, liquid cooling, and precision cooling systems.

We value strong communication, presentation abilities, and cross-functional coordination with sales, product, and delivery teams; willingness to travel internationally is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical support experience in data centers, HVAC, or related industries.
• Familiar with data center cooling system architecture (air, water, liquid, free cooling).
• Able to independently analyze customer requirements and prepare technical solutions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• English as working language; overseas travel internationally preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for overseas data center accounts and work with KAMs to drive major customers and projects.
• Understand customer requirements and support technical communication, solution matching, and product selection.
• Support cooling products including chillers, air-cooled solutions, liquid cooling CDUs, and precision air conditioning.
• Participate in customer presentations, bid support, proposals, and coordination with consultants and EPC partners.
• Coordinate with product, R&D, delivery, and after-sales teams through pre-sales to project execution.
• Summarize standard solutions and competitor information to support platform business expansion.
