Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct warehouse operations across our store network.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and manage the daily freight schedule based on customer and inventory needs. The role requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Ensure safety and proper maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Train associates and enforce SOPs; manage disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes.
• Prepare activity reports for management.
