Floor & Decor is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct store warehouse operations, supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, and manage daily freight schedules based on customer and inventory needs.

The role requires 1-3 years supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution center, strong communication, cross-department collaboration, basic math, and computer skills; ability to work in fast-paced environment and extend hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills with follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work with other departments and maintain relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills with Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning for shipping and receiving.
• Direct daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Lead warehouse safety programs ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Ensure training and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Manage progressive discipline and maintain a productive labor climate.
• Address employee inquiries and problem-solve.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Prepare activity reports for management.
• Monitor paperwork flow to ensure timely data entry.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping, invoicing, and receiving reports.
• Execute Storage Buy Audit COP.
• Stage products for counting and inspection.
• Store products safely to conserve space and comply with procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation.
• Perform other related duties as required.
