Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct warehouse operations across stores.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and manage daily freight schedules based on customer and inventory needs. The role requires 1–3 years supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in warehouse or distribution.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows-based systems and basic math.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Oversee storage buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and communicate repairs as needed.
• Uphold safety programs and ensure a safe workplace according to regulations.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve efficiency.
• Complete activity reports for management and monitor paperwork flow.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
• Execute the Storage Buy Audit COP and ensure proper product staging.
