Job summary

Floor & Decor in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to lead warehouse operations across the store network. You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, and manage daily freight schedules to meet customer and inventory needs.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting along with strong communication, math, and Windows-based computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Ability to work with other departments and communicate effectively.
• Strong math and basic computer skills in Windows.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping/receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities: shipping, receiving, inventory.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs.
• Enforce safety programs per OSHA and company policy.
• Train associates and manage disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize operations.
• Complete activity reports for management.
• Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control.
