Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to lead warehouse operations across stores, supervise warehouse staff, and coordinate daily freight schedules to meet customer and inventory needs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with basic math and Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping/receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and ensure safe equipment use.
