Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Lead Associate for Warehouse Operations in Portland, OR. The role supports the Warehouse Supervisor by directing inbound workflows, coordinating receipt of shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery updates and customer satisfaction.

The position requires 4+ years of warehouse experience, bilingual Spanish preferred, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime may be necessary to meet scheduling needs and inventory targets.

Competenze

• 4+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Mansioni

• Follow procedures to monitor inventory levels and audit warehouse operations.
• Direct warehouse floor workflows including unloading and receiving.
• Analyze data and reports to assess productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors on priorities and scheduling.
• Assist in inbound workload forecasting and inventory management.
