Cardinal Health is seeking a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations to support the Warehouse Supervisor in inbound or outbound management and to coordinate receipt of shipments, scheduling of trucks, and workflow on the warehouse floor. The role involves directing staff, producing productivity reports, and communicating with customers about disruptions and delivery timeframes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Previous experience as a coordinator is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a must.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis is required.
• Work Schedule: 6:30pm - 3:00am

Responsabilités

• Follows standard operating procedures and audits warehouse operations to support ongoing activities.
• Directs workflows on the floor, including packing, unloading, shipping and managing delivery schedule.
• Analyzes data and reports on productivity and efficiency; communicates metrics.
• Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisors on priorities and daily work plans.
• Assists in inbound and outbound workload forecasting and inventory management.
• Performs duties as assigned by the Company.
• Participates in daily Operations Huddles and may lead team activities.
