Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations in Portland, OR. The role supports the Warehouse Supervisor with inbound management, directs floor workflows, and coordinates shipments to ensure on-time delivery and quality customer service.

You will analyze productivity data, forecast workload, and help maintain inventory accuracy, while working in a fast-paced distribution environment that values safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous material handling equipment experience (MHE) required; Order Selector and Reach preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills preferred.
• Proficient in AIMS preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• RF scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Overtime flexibility with little advance notice.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• Adherence to safety regulations including PPE use.
• Ability to work in fast-paced distribution environment to meet quotas.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Follows standard operating procedures to assess inventory levels, submit orders, and audit warehouse operations.
• Directs workflows on the warehouse floor, including unloading, receiving, and product put away.
• Analyzes internal data and reports on productivity and efficiency to identify performance gaps.
• Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisors to align priorities with objectives.
• Assists inbound workload forecasting to optimize labor utilization.
• Assists in inventory management and shipping as needed.
