The role supports the Warehouse Supervisor, directs staff, coordinates shipment receipt, scheduling, and reporting on productivity and quality. You will liaise with customers to communicate delivery updates and disruptions.

The position requires 4+ years in warehousing, MHE experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; candidates must pass safety rules and operate in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred; bilingual ability is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution roles preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) required; order selector and reach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to manage inventory, place orders, and audit warehouse operations.
• Direct floor workflows including unloading, receiving, put-away and scheduling deliveries.
• Analyze data and reports to assess productivity and efficiency.
