Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations to support the Warehouse Supervisor on inbound management and staffing coordination. You will direct staff, manage shipments, and report on productivity and quality to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires experience in a fast-paced distribution environment, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work overtime as needed. AHS, safety protocols, and RF scanning are part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred for effective communication with diverse staff.
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up abilities are important.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard procedures to manage inventory and audit operations.
• Direct floor workflows including unloading, receiving and put-away.
• Analyze data to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with supervisors on warehouse and inventory priorities.
• Assist inbound workload forecasting to plan labor needs.
• Help with stocking and shipping as needed.
