Job summary

Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions DC in Portland, OR is hiring a Warehouse Lead Associate for the 2nd shift. The role supports the Warehouse Supervisor, directs floor workflows, coordinates inbound shipments and scheduling, and communicates delivery updates to customers.

The position requires experience with warehouse operations, MHE, and data reporting; bilingual Spanish is preferred. Competitive benefits available; sign-on bonus of $2,000. This is an in-person, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• 4+ years of experience preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) required; Order Selector and Reach preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs workflows on the warehouse floor including unloading, receiving, put-away and managing delivery schedules.
• Assists inbound workload forecasting and inventory management, stocking and shipping as needed.
• Communicates with customers and colleagues to update on delivery timeframes and disruptions.
• Produces reports on workforce productivity and quality for supervisor review.
• Ensures adherence to safety regulations and PPE requirements.
