Job summary

Cardinal Health in Puerto Rico is seeking a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations to support the Warehouse Supervisor and coordinate inbound/outbound activities. You will direct daily workflows, monitor productivity, and report on performance metrics to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent, 5 years in a warehouse, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Shift is 6:30pm–3:00am, with bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis.
• Work Schedule: 6:30pm - 3:00am

Responsibilities

• Follows standard operating procedures and audits warehouse operations.
• Directs workflows on the floor including packing, unloading, shipping and managing delivery schedule.
• Analyzes internal data and reports on productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisors to align on warehouse and inventory priorities.
• Assists in inbound and outbound workload forecasting and inventory management.
• Participates in daily Operations Huddles and leads Operations Gembas as assigned.
