Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Five years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a must.

Responsibilities

• Follows standard operating procedures and audits warehouse operations.
• Completes assigned inspection tasks and supports audits.
• Directs workflows on the warehouse floor (packing, unloading, shipping, delivery scheduling).
• Coordinates with supervisors to align on warehouse and inventory priorities.
• Assists in inbound and outbound workload forecasting and labor utilization.
• Maintains safety and quality standards and reports issues.
• Leads daily operations huddles and supports staff development.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Company.
