CVS Health is seeking a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner (Provider) to deliver patient care services remotely. This full-time overnight role offers 40 hours per week with a schedule including every other Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Ideal candidates are licensed in IA or other listed states, with a Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner and current NBC. You will work with a dedicated team to provide holistic, evidenced-based care for patients aged 18 months and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner with National Board Certification and NP license.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with information management and technology and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and disposition planning for patients aged 18 months and older.
• Educate patients on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and contraception care.
• Document all patient care within an EHR per MinuteClinic policies.
• Collaborate with Providers, physicians, pharmacists and care team to ensure high-quality care.
• Work independently in a remote care setting, prioritizing and solving problems.
