Job summary

MedVet is hiring a Client Service Representative (CSR) for overnight shifts in a fast-paced veterinary environment. The part-time position covers Sunday and Monday nights from 6pm to 6am, with a pay range of $15.00–$21.75 per hour based on experience.

The CSR serves as the first point of contact for clients, handling check-ins, phone calls, and data entry while maintaining a compassionate, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a veterinary setting preferred.
• Ability to remain composed in stressful situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in clients.
• Answer telephones and transfer calls.
• Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Manage medical records and reports, discuss payment options.
• Maintain a neat and clean lobby.
