Job summary

MedVet is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative (CSR) for overnight shifts (Sunday and Monday, 6pm–6am). The role handles front-desk duties, client interaction, and basic financial processing within a veterinary hospital environment.

Prior veterinary experience is preferred, strong communication, and data entry skills are essential. You will greet clients, manage records, and support a compassionate, professional MedVet experience.

Client Service Representative (CSR) - Part Time, Overnights

Proposed Schedule

Sunday and Monday 6pm to 6am

This role has a hiring range of $15.00-21.75/hr based on experience.

Our Client Service Representatives have the first interaction with our clients providing superior service to ensure client interactions are facilitated smoothly, compassionately and effectively throughout their MedVet Experience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medical records and financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi-task and enter data accurately is crucial for success in this position. This individual must always maintain a compassionate yet professional composure.

What you’ll do:
