Job summary

MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets in Utah seeks a Client Service Representative (CSR) for overnight shifts to greet clients, check-in pets, answer calls, escort to exam rooms, and handle records and payments.

The role requires composure, strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work a Wed-Sat 6pm-4am schedule; prior veterinary or healthcare experience is preferred. Benefits include health, vision, dental, a 401k match, PTO, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Able to remain composed in stressful and emotional situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent client service skills and phone etiquette.
• Attention to detail, self-motivated and team-oriented.

• Some flexibility with work hours and overtime if needed.
• Critical thinking and cross-departmental anticipation.
• General computer competency including Word and Excel.
• Previous experience in a veterinary setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in clients.
