You will handle high-volume calls, greet emergency clients, and support front desk and hospital operations overnight while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently overnight with a collaborative team of medical staff.

Qualifications

• Previous client service/customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with office software and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently overnight while coordinating with medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Managing high-volume incoming phone calls and client communication.
• Greeting and assisting emergency and specialty clients.
• Supporting front desk and administrative hospital operations overnight.
• Maintaining accurate medical and client records.
• Collaborating with veterinary technicians, assistants, and doctors.
• Assisting with patient intake and emergency workflow coordination.
• Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and professionalism in client-facing areas.
• Supporting clients with empathy during emotional situations.
