Ethos Veterinary Health AESH Byron Center is seeking a Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage records, and coordinate appointments for a 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital. This full-time overnight role runs 7pm–7am, three days per week, with rotating weekends and holidays, and includes a $17/hour base pay plus a $3/hour overnight differential from 10pm–7am.

You’ll support the front desk with invoices, patient records, and clear communication, while delivering compassionate

Qualifications

• Previous Veterinary Reception Experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to triage patients, assess and respond accordingly
• Ability to think critically and maintain a calm demeanour in stressful situations
• Passion for providing exceptional client care and being a patient advocate

Responsibilities

• Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
• Educate and advise clients regarding WVRC services and practices
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirements
• Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing
• Support team to reach common goals
• Ability to recognize and seek guidance in all client-related cases where protocol does not apply
