Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to deliver courteous, secure valet service overnight. Responsibilities include greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and maintaining safety and cleanliness of the station.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours are required. Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; prior customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean driving record.
• Pass a background check; no additional certifications required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs; work indoors/outdoors in varying weather.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document existing damage on claim tickets.
• Monitor and secure the parking area overnight; respond to guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, professional valet station; record hours and gratuities.
• Provide outstanding courteous customer service and punctual appearance.
