Parking Management Company seeks an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to deliver courteous, secure valet services overnight. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, document damage, and maintain a professional station in line with hotel standards.

Responsibilities include safety, timely service, and attentive guest communication, with dress in uniform and strong adherence to policies. Evening and weekend availability is required, with tips contributing to earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document existing damage.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols.
• Monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night.
• Maintain a clean, organized valet station reflecting hotel standards.
• Accurately record hours and gratuities per company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address guest inquiries.
• Arrive punctually in full uniform and adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed.
• Help with other duties to support nightly operations.
