Parking Management Company is seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to provide courteous and secure valet services during late-night hours. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain a professional valet station aligned with hotel standards.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction. The role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with evening/weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any existing damage on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols and key handling procedures.
• Monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night, responding quickly to guest requests and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized valet station reflecting the hotel’s high standards.
• Accurately record hours and gratuities in compliance with company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Arrive punctually, in full uniform, and comply with hotel policies and safety guidelines.
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Help with other tasks as needed to support daily operations.
