Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Warm welcome: greet guests and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• The details: document any existing vehicle damage on claim tickets.
• Safety: safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols and key handling procedures.
• Stay vigilant: monitor and secure the parking area overnight.
• Keep it clean: maintain a professional valet station reflecting high hotel standards.
• Timekeeping: record hours and gratuities per company policies.
• Customer service: address guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• On time: arrive in uniform, follow hotel policies and safety guidelines.
• Support: assist team members and other tasks as needed.
• Additional duties: help with daily operations as required.
