Parking Management Company is seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to provide courteous, secure valet services overnight. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and document any pre-existing damage to ensure accountability and safety.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is essential; position is non-exempt with hourly pay plus potential tips and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• Document existing vehicle damage on claim tickets and conduct thorough inspections.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols and key handling procedures.
• Monitor and secure the parking area and respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized valet station reflecting hotel standards.
• Record hours and gratuities in compliance with company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Arrive punctually in full uniform and follow hotel policies and safety guidelines.
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks for smooth overnight operations.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support daily operations.
