Parking Management Company is seeking an Overnight Valet Attendant to provide courteous, secure valet services overnight. You will greet guests, inspect vehicles for damage, and park/retrieve cars while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities include monitoring the lot, keeping the station neat, and logging hours and tips accurately. A valid license and customer-service experience are preferred, with a professional appearance and punctuality expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; acceptable MVR.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs; adaptable to outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any existing damage on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night, responding quickly to guest requests and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized valet station reflective of the hotel’s high standards.
• Accurately record hours and gratuities in compliance with company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Arrive punctually, dressed in full uniform, and comply with all hotel policies and safety guidelines.
