Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to deliver courteous, secure valet service during late-night hours. You will assist guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Applicants should have a High school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. Prior customer service is preferred. This non-exempt role offers hourly pay and tips based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage and vehicle needs.
• Inspect vehicles and document damage on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols.
• Monitor and secure the parking area overnight.
• Keep valet station clean and professional.
• Record hours and gratuities per company policy.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address guest inquiries.
• Arrive on time in full uniform; follow hotel policies.
• Support team and help with additional tasks.
• Handle additional duties as needed.
