Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to provide courteous, secure valet service overnight. You will greet guests, assist with luggage and vehicles, and ensure safety protocols are followed in a fast-paced setting.

You will inspect vehicles for damages, document notes on tickets, and maintain a clean, professional valet station. Prior customer service experience is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and a clean background check required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation recommended; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document existing damage on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols and key handling procedures.
• Monitor and secure the parking area during the night and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, professional valet station reflecting high hotel standards.
• Record hours and gratuities in accordance with company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Arrive punctually, in full uniform, and comply with hotel policies and safety guidelines.
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Help with other tasks as needed to support daily operations.
