Job summary

Towne Towne is seeking a Guest Service Associate for evening hours to provide exceptional hospitality, assist guests with parking and luggage, and ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences at our location in Oklahoma City.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work night shifts with weekend availability. Seasonal and temporary roles are noted in the benefits section.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license for the applying state or nearby commuting area.
• 1 month of related experience or training, or an equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery/pick-up where applicable.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and collect claim checks.
• Maintain ticketing accuracy and handle keys, folios, and vehicle locations.
