Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English and understand simple instructions; write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small groups.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly hospitality.
• Assist guests with parking vehicles and luggage during arrival and departure.
• Explain parking rates and retrieve procedures and manage keys and claim checks.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests and team members.
• Support bell services and shuttle tasks as needed.
