Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Oklahoma City to deliver exceptional hospitality services, parking and vehicle retrieval, and luggage handling for guests arriving and departing the facility.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with directions and local information, and shuttling guests as approved. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: One month related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work (or close by).
• Basic math and ability to read/write in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional hospitality and customer service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and area information to guests; shuttle guests as approved by location.
