Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking a Guest Service Associate to park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and deliver prompt, professional hospitality.

You will answer guest questions, explain parking rates, collect keys and payments, and maintain accurate ticketing. Schedule is Monday through Friday with morning to afternoon shifts. Benefits include accident and critical illness insurance, telemedicine, and a 401(k). High school diploma and valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license for state of employment or nearby commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read/write English; basic arithmetic; use 24h/military time; understand rates.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Greet guests by last name when possible and practice Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxi info, reservations and inform guests about local attractions.
• Explain parking rates, manage keys and tickets, and ensure accurate ticketing records.
