Job summary

Towne is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving vehicles and assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure. You will greet guests, handle tickets, and provide local information in a professional manner.

The role requires nightly/overnight hours (11:00pm–7:00am) with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and friendly service. Benefits include various insurance options and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with parking and retrieval of vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure where applicable.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and issue/collect tickets and keys accurately.
• Provide information about local attractions, amenities and directions as needed.
• Maintain a courteous demeanor and precise ticketing and revenue handling.
