Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license or be within commutable distance.
• 1 month related experience or training preferred; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, coworkers and clients.
• Greet guests within five feet using courteous, respectful language.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provide local information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and manage tickets, keys and claim checks.
