Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate in San Francisco to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

As an overnight role, you will greet guests, manage vehicle operations, provide directions and information about local amenities, and ensure safety and accuracy in ticketing and revenue handling. Prior customer service experience is valued; must have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, or be within commuting distance.
• 1 month of related experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and arrival/departure needs.
• Explain parking rates and ticketing procedures.
