Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Berkeley, CA. You will provide hospitable, efficient service, parking and retrieving guest vehicles, and helping with luggage as needed at arrival and departure.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and basic math/English skills. Benefits include insurance options and a 401(k). This is a full-time, on-site position with a schedule from 2 PM to 11 PM.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Required licensure: Valid driver's license for the state of employment.
• Experience: 1 month related experience or training.
• Knowledge: Principles and processes for customer services.
• Skills: English reading/writing, basic math, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greets guests within five feet using last names.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles, assists with bell services and luggage.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and ticket procedures; manage keys and receipts.
• Performs all functions as described in duties.
