Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate toprovide hospitality and valet services for guests arriving and departing. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes professional demeanor, clear English communication, and adherence to safety and parking procedures. Overnight shifts and tips are involved, with benefits and retirement options as offered by Towne Park.

Qualifications

• Must read and write standard English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license if required by location.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests, coworkers and clients.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; manage tickets and keys in the valet system.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and local information.
• Shuttle guests to approved locations and ensure safety during arrival and departure.
