Parking Management Company in Columbus, OH is seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to provide courteous guest service during late-night hours, safely park and retrieve vehicles, and help maintain a secure and welcoming environment for guests arriving after hours.

You will greet guests, document any vehicle damage, follow safety procedures, stay vigilant through the shift, and keep the valet area neat and professional while recording hours and tips according to policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcome: greet guests and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• The Details: document existing vehicle damage on claim tickets.
• Safety: safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols.
• Stay Vigilant: monitor the parking area and respond to guest requests.
• Keep it Clean: maintain a clean, professional valet station.
• Timekeeping: record hours and gratuities per policy.
• Customer Service: provide outstanding service with courtesy.
• On Time: arrive punctually in full uniform and follow policies.
• Support: assist team members and handle additional tasks as needed.
