Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: Greet guests and assist with luggage and vehicle needs overnight.
• The Details: Inspect vehicles and document existing damage on tickets.
• Safety: Park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols and key handling procedures.
• Stay Vigilant: Monitor the parking area and respond to guest requests overnight.
• Keep it Clean: Maintain a clean, professional valet station reflecting hotel standards.
• Timekeeping: Record hours and gratuities per company policy.
• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service with professionalism and courtesy.
• On Time: Arrive on time, in full uniform, following all policies.
• Support: Assist teammates and take on tasks to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Additional Duties: Help with other tasks as needed.
