Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to provide courteous, high-quality service during late-night hours. You will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles and maintain a secure, organized valet area.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles for damage notes, logging hours and gratuities, staying vigilant through the night, and delivering a clean, professional experience in line with hotel standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly during overnight hours and assist with luggage and vehicle needs.
• Inspect vehicles and document any pre-existing damage on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols and key-handling procedures.
• Monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet station.
• Accurately record hours and gratuities per company policy.
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Arrive on time, in full uniform, and adhere to hotel policies and safety guidelines.
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed.
• Take on additional duties to support daily overnight operations.
