Job summary

Allied Universal0is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed in Berlin, CT for a Corporate Utility Facility. This part-time position includes overnight shifts Friday into Saturday and Saturday into Sunday with a starting pay of $27.62 per hour.

The Shift Supervisor will oversee security for a high-profile client site, lead officers, and ensure training, post orders, and contract compliance. Paid orientation and paid training are provided. Access control and SOC experience are highly beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Current and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding the performance of their duties.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security officer assigned to his/her shift.
• Ensure that contract required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to minimum or to a predefined level designated by Allied Universal0.
