Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor (Unarmed) for Greensburg, PA, to protect a high-profile client site on a Saturday through Wednesday overnight shift. The role requires security or management experience and physically active duties.

Uniforms and equipment are provided; paid training and benefits accompany the position. The supervisor will coordinate a security team, enforce post orders, and ensure service quality while meeting staffing, training, and reporting requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and state licensing as applicable.
• Associate's degree or higher or active-duty/military service accepted.
• Minimum two years of verifiable security-related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and supervise security officers on duty.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates during emergencies.
• Cross-train officers for versatility and site efficiency.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and on-site training for the shift.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or as designated.
• Inspect personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports and post orders updates.
