Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed for weekdays evenings to oversee security at a high-profile client site in Newville, PA. You will manage security personnel, conduct briefings, respond to incidents, monitor CCTV, and ensure compliance with post orders.

Pay rate is $24.69 per hour, with a 4PM–Midnight shift from Monday through Friday. The role includes training staff, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining incident reports and client communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline or equivalent service.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of two years verifiable security experience and related competencies.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and oversee staffing and training.
• Conduct briefings and daily team meetings.
• Respond to incidents and notify authorities/clients.
• Monitor security systems and perform patrols.
• Ensure post orders are followed and reports are filed.
• Train security staff and assist in hiring.
