Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed for a high-profile client site in Downtown Manhattan. The role is full-time with overnight shifts and flexible Wednesday–Saturday workdays.

The Shift Supervisor will lead security personnel, enforce post orders, and deter incidents to protect people and property. Responsibilities include staffing, training, and incident oversight, along with reporting and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• Current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates on duties.
• Cross-train officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations to management.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for the shift.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to minimum as designated.
