Allied Universal in Imperial, PA is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Unarmed Patrol) to safeguard clients and assets at a technology-focused facility. You will perform routine patrols, monitor access points, and provide courteous customer service.

The role emphasizes professional communication, incident reporting, and adherence to site procedures, with a schedule Sunday through Saturday night shifts and a starting pay of $18.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused facility by carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building entrances, parking areas, loading locations, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and report unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following emergency procedures and contacting appropriate resources as needed.
• Prepare clear incident and patrol reports and communicate information during shift handoffs.
