Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors and contractors at a technology-focused site.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and report anomalies.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site requirements.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document observations and actions.
• Complete incident reports and communicate shift information to leadership.
