Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a tech/media/telecom site.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor and verify access points and authorization per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed with accurate reporting.
• Prepare activity reports and shift handoff documentation per policy.
