Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, building perimeters, parking areas, access points, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document entries, incidents, and observations accurately.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and follow established escalation procedures.
Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site contacts, following Allied Universal and site-specific requirements, and maintaining detailed activity reports.
