Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors and delivery personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access or concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following emergency procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity and incident reports and communicate during handoffs.
